  If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment and do not provide notice, we regret to inform you that a 100% service fee will be charged. This is because the appointment was reserved exclusively for you, and without prior notice, we are unable to offer the slot to another client.

  Yes, we provide customized facial treatments that are tailored to the unique skincare needs of each client. Our experienced estheticians use high-quality products and techniques to ensure the best results.

• How can I book an appointment?

  Booking an appointment at our Mississauga Derry location is easy! You can book directly through our website, call us, or visit our spa in person. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time.

• Are gift cards available for purchase?

  Absolutely, gift cards are available and make a perfect gift for friends and family. They can be purchased in-store or online and can be used towards any of our services.

• Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?

  We recognize that plans can change unexpectedly. To accommodate such changes, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer your spot to another client. Please be aware that cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur a charge of 50% of the service fee.
