I visited the clinic with severe scapula pain and was hoping to relieve some of the knots in my back unfortunately, that visit the massage therapist was unable to apply adequate pressure so the session was stopped halfway through and no charge was applied. The team at Hand and Stone was very great at booking me with a massage therapist that was similar to my previous therapist that had left the clinic and I was very pleased with Their understanding and care. A friend booked a massage and facial for me during a difficult time. Rosalba was wonderful. She gave attention to my skin, with extractions, moisturizer, cleanser etc. my skin looked radiant!

I’ve had a facial once with rosalba and once with Aldona. Both are amazing estheticians I would highly recommend. The manager Alka was quite nice and super accommodating. Overall my experience here was great!!

Their staff is so warm and accommodating and the RMTs and beauticians are excellent at their job. I especially love Aldonna for facials who always knows how to take better care of ky skin.
